Resolution-driven, not open-ended
You come in with a decision to make or a marriage to save. We set the outcome in the first sessions and work toward it deliberately.
Discretion at an executive level
Private virtual sessions, no waiting rooms, no unnecessary paperwork or outside oversight. Nothing about this work touches your professional life.
Fully licensed therapist · board-certified specialist
A fully licensed psychotherapist (LPC) with advanced board certification in clinical sexology — sex and relationships are the entire practice, not a chapter in a generalist's caseload.
Nonjudgmental and affirming care
Every session is grounded in respect for who you are, how you love, and what you are working through — without shame, assumptions, or the need to explain yourself.
What brings people here
Most clients arrive after months or years of managing around it. They come when the cost of not resolving it has become higher than the discomfort of saying it out loud.
An affair has been disclosed or discovered. You want a structured path through disclosure, accountability, and rebuilding trust — not endless relitigating.
You are trying to make an honest decision rather than drift into one. We do the work that either rebuilds the marriage or clarifies the truth.
One of you wants it far more often than the other, and the difference has become the loudest thing in the house.
Nothing is wrong on paper. The chemistry, spontaneity, and appetite simply left, and neither of you knows how to reopen the conversation.
Erectile difficulty, arousal or orgasm trouble, pain with sex — addressed clinically and without embarrassment.
The career worked. The travel, the hours, and the pressure quietly took the marriage down with them. That is reversible with focused work.
For individuals who want to understand desire, work through shame, explore identity, or finally feel at home in their own body and pleasure.
When the past has made intimacy feel unsafe, confusing, or disconnected, the work is not just about talking — it is about retraining the body and trust.
A new baby, menopause, illness, a health diagnosis, or a demanding new chapter has changed your body and your relationship. The goal is a sex life that fits who you are now.

What the work is actually for
Not a place to talk about the problem forever — a place to move through it.

Affirm, Renew, Transform — the A.R.T. Model for Psychotherapy and Sex Therapy, developed by LeKeisha Jones: a proprietary three-phase arc from first contact through integration.
A full biopsychosocial and sexual history — your body, your relationships, your culture, your inheritance. We name what brought you here and set goals together.
We explore the cycles and inherited scripts keeping you stuck — shame, purity culture, trauma, communication ruptures — and start practicing something different.
New ways of thinking, feeling, and relating that outlast our work together, with concrete practices between sessions.
Why the A.R.T. Model™ is different
The A.R.T. Model™ is an original clinical framework developed by LeKeisha Jones, LPC, for individuals and couples ready to reclaim themselves. Grounded in psychotherapy and clinical sexology, it goes beyond symptom relief to uncover the experiences, beliefs, relationships, and patterns that shape intimacy. Rather than treating sexuality as separate from the rest of life, it recognizes that intimacy is woven into our emotional health, identity, relationships, culture, and lived experience.
Honor your story, identity, strengths, inherent worth, and capacity for connection.
Understand the patterns that no longer serve you, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Create meaningful, lasting change that extends beyond the therapy room into your relationships, sexuality, family, and future.
The A.R.T. Model isn't simply about improving communication or resolving sexual concerns. It is a comprehensive framework for healing intimacy from the inside out — helping people cultivate authenticity, deeper connection, resilience, and lives aligned with who they are and how they want to love.

"My mission is to redefine how intimacy is understood, treated, and taught."

LeKeisha works with adults, couples, and diverse relationship structures seeking stronger emotional, relational, and sexual well-being.
