ROTIC-OLOGY is a clinical practice and art space dedicated to African-centered, sex-affirming therapy and the celebration of Black love and pleasure.
ROTIC-OLOGY is a dual-practice space in Atlanta centered on Black love, pleasure, and healing. We honor the full spectrum of human sexuality, intimacy, and relationships through clinical care and artistic expression grounded in Afrocentric wisdom.
We provide affirming, evidence-based sex therapy and couples counseling rooted in cultural healing — welcoming to all gender expressions, sexualities, and relationship structures.
Everything we do is grounded in African-centered principles, anti-racism, somatic healing, and the profound belief that sexuality, spirituality, and liberation are interconnected pathways to wholeness. We believe pleasure is resistance. We celebrate Black bodies. We reclaim our right to love.

LeKeisha is a Licensed Professional Counselor (MS, LPC), Board-Certified Clinical Sexologist (ABS), and Erotic Poet based in Atlanta. She brings over a decade of experience in mental health, sexuality education, somatic healing, and transformative work around intimacy and pleasure.
Her clinical training spans trauma-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic approaches, and body-based healing modalities. She is trained in sex therapy, couples counseling, sexual identity exploration, and helping clients build more intentional, pleasurable, and authentic intimate lives.
LeKeisha's work is deeply rooted in African-centered healing principles, anti-racism, and the understanding that sexuality, pleasure, and intimacy are sacred expressions of wholeness and liberation.
Beyond the therapy office, LeKeisha is a poet, artist, and cultural worker dedicated to creating spaces where Black love, sexuality, pleasure, and healing are centered without shame. She believes that pleasure is a form of resistance, that our bodies deserve celebration, and that liberation begins when we reclaim our sexuality as sacred.

The foundation of our therapy work is the A.R.T. model — a framework rooted in affirming African-centered principles and evidence-based practice.
Meet the whole person with curiosity and compassion. Honor every identity, body, and way of loving. Celebrate Black love in all its forms.

Wash away shame and inherited trauma. Reconnect with your body as sacred. Reclaim pleasure as resistance and healing.

Practice new, intentional ways of thinking, feeling, and relating — rooted in cultural wisdom and self-love. Build the intimate life you deserve.

“The erotic is a measure between the beginnings of our sense of self and the chaos of our strongest feelings.”
— Audre Lorde
